Get up from your chair!


Almost every day we all hear the word calorie is notorious! How many calories burned, how many you got, how many will lose weight or gain weight, what foods contain calories or not. 
There are few people who even at the sound of that single word close their ears!Let us see the true meaning of its usefulness, but also simple ways that will help us to “burn” several of them daily.
Calorie in everyday speech we mean the amount of energy released when a quantity of food reacts with oxygen, which burns. This action concerns the energy emitted by the food, but of course be taken into account the energy losses of the digestive and urinary tract. In order, however, be abused by humans, you should get the proper form, the process of metabolism, converting chemical energy into other energy forms. If, however, the amount of food is greater than it really needs the body, then the energy produced is more, so that there is an unbalanced energy balance. Put simply, if the energy produced is greater than that consumed, then we gain weight. So, our goal is to recruit the right amount of food from one and the greatest possible energy loss on the other.
The ways to get energy loss is known to most, but few follow them. Constantly finding excuses, refuse to implement them, refuse to enter into a more healthy and normal life following the path of boredom and laziness, with unpleasant consequences for them. The purpose of this article is to sensitize and inform the simple ways that we can all become more active and healthy! The following modes of energy loss are indicative of a waste of calories depends on other factors such as age, gender, body type, hormones, the climatic conditions.
Walking
Leave the car, walk to your job, your friends, your children. Only 15 minutes are enough to burn 100 calories.
Gardening

Household

Bicycle

Sport

The increase therefore of physical activity is imperative. Above that can occur with small changes! So we will have a qualitative and harmonious life, gaining a healthy body, full of strength and beauty!
